Refund policy

GENERAL POLICY

  • We are happy to offer store credit, exchanges, or refunds for all original-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original condition, with all original tags attached within 10 days after delivery. 


FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • All SALE items are FINAL SALE – no returns, no exchanges.
  • This includes End of Season, BLACKOUT, Black Friday, and Clearance items, which are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where the wrong size or style was received.
  • Accessories are FINAL SALE – no returns, no exchanges.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY - FOR FINAL SALE ITEMS

We are happy to accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in its original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
  • You may return items for:

- different size or style.

- Store credit (as we do not issue refunds at this time).

  • Items that do not meet the return conditions will be refused and sent back to the shipper’s address on file.


RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESSING

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the delivery cost of exchanges.
  • Returns take 2-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse.
  • Once received, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing.


ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched.


PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

  • Price adjustments are available for items purchased at their original price if a sale begins within 24 hours of your purchase.

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

  • Delivery charges are only refundable if the merchandise is deemed faulty.
  • Please allow up to 3 business days for refunds to be processed for damaged items.
