Andrea Iyamah Corp. is happy to issue a store credit, exchange or refund for all original priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in their original unused condition including original tags attached.
All SALE items are FINAL SALE which means there would be No Returns and Exchanges for all items on sale.
READY TO WEAR, RTW OR CLOTHING
- Items should be returned within 10 days after delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

If the original form of payment is unavailable, a store credit will be provided.
BRIDAL ITEMS, BAGS, FOOTWEAR, and ACCESSORIES

Please note that bridal items, bags, footwear, and accessories are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
SWIMWEAR, BIKINI, ONE PIECE AND RESORT WEAR
- All merchandise tagged SWIMWEAR, BIKINI, ONE PIECE, AND RESORT WEAR may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
- Refunds are not available for swimwear items; only exchanges or store credit will be provided.
- Returns are accepted within 15 days after delivery
- Swimwear items must be unworn, with all original tags and hygiene stickers attached.

Exchanges for a different size or style are subject to availability.
GIFT CARD
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

Price adjustments are available on items purchased at the original price 24 hours before a sale.
PACKAGE PROTECTION
- Package protection is available for purchase at checkout to safeguard your items against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
- If you have purchased package protection and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance.
IN-STORE STOCKISTS, AND RETAILER PURCHASES
- Purchases made in-store or through authorized retailers are subject to the return policy of the respective store where the purchase was made.
- Please refer to the store's return policy for specific details regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- In-store purchases may typically be returned or exchanged within a specified time frame from the date of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued in accordance with the store's refund policy and may be provided in the original form of payment or as store credit.
- Returns and exchanges for online purchases may also be subject to the retailer's online return policy, if applicable.
All End of season, BLACKOUT, Sunset Sale, Black Friday and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned except the wrong size or style was received.
An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - duties and taxes may vary outside of the U.S.A depending on the receiving countries' border and their laws.

Duty Handled Deliveries: Items shipped from our European warehouse will be delivered without extra duties charged as they are now shipped from within the EU. This means smoother transactions and hassle-free deliveries for you.

International Fulfillment: In cases where we run out of stock in the EU or do not have a certain item in our European warehouse, we will fulfill it from our US warehouse. Please note that these items might come with customs duty fees attached.

Changes to DDP Shipping: We will no longer ship orders DDP (Duties and Taxes Paid) to any country outside of the EU (Middle East, Asia, Africa, etc.). All international orders should expect corresponding duties fees upon delivery, subject to the local laws of the recipient.
Andrea Iyamah is not responsible for return expenses. All items being returned and delivery costs are borne by the customer wishing to make a return
Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty. Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that were received damaged.
