A morning run, gym session or yoga?
A gym session. I start my mornings with a 40-minute workout, it’s a good way to stay energized before getting into the rest of my day.
Tell us about something in your life you’re most proud of?
Releasing my debut EP, Don’t Look Down! has been my proudest moment so far. As the name implies, it represents overcoming fear, challenging myself and putting out a body of work that truly reflects me and my artistry.
That can be pretty difficult in the music industry, especially as a woman. So I feel proud that I did my thing, and that it’s been so well received.
What would you tell your 18 year old self?
You are amazing, and it’s okay to not have all the answers - that’s the beauty of living. Allow yourself to breathe, because everything turns out fine.
Baecation to Maldives or Girls trip to Mexico?
Baecation to Maldives, because it’s not a holiday if I’m not surrounded by water!
What’s something the world could care a little more about?
Self awareness, it’s the key to living a truly wholesome life and being the best version of yourself for the people you love.
